Optex CD4A-P Laser Measurement Controller For use with the CD4 Series Sensors PNP + Analog
The controller has the ability to perform math calculations such as thickness measurement when using 2 lasers. Independent measurement is also possible. Any combinnation of CD-30, CD4-85, CD4-350 can be connected to the controller.
The CD4A controller has a built in color display that indicates multiple data values on the same screen distance values from both heads, calculated value, output status, bank number, etc. are all displayed on the normal run screen.
5 indpendent outputs on the controller make it convenient for sorting items by size. Each of the 5 comparator outputs can be set independently all outputs have a high and low threshold limit.
10 Different formulas available to choose from including thickness measurement.
